Legendary Trader Peter Brandt Reveals 3 Red Flags of a Company — Here’s What He Says!

Jakarta, Pintu News – Peter Brandt, an experienced commodities trader, recently gave an important warning to his community of followers on his X account.

While his discussion doesn’t cover crypto, his advice is very useful for those who are involved in trading conventional assets.

Check out the full information below!

Three ‘Red Flags’ of Fraudulent Companies

Brandt talks about untrustworthy trading companies, which he refers to as “Sim for Payout” companies. These companies promise immediate funding in a matter of days, often accompanied by lots of attractive screenshots and other exciting features.

In addition, they also use dishonest affiliates to aggressively market their products, attracting new victims with sweet promises. These companies often target young and inexperienced traders with promises of quick funding.

They use a lot of screenshots and embellishments to entice, and utilize fake promoters to ensure aggressive marketing. Brandt emphasizes that these three criteria are warning signs that merchants should avoid.

“Sim for Payout” Company Criteria to Avoid

According to Brandt, there are three main criteria that signal a trading company as a fraudster.

First, they promise immediate funding within a few days. Second, they often show a lot of screenshots and attractive features that are nothing more than decoration. Third, they use what Brandt calls “seductive affiliates”, whose job is to attract more victims into their net.

Brandt refused to mention the specific names of these companies, although he has received requests to do so. Instead, he only provided the first and last letters of some of these companies, leaving more question marks about the true identity of these companies.

Advice for Beginner Traders from Peter Brandt

Apart from warning about scam companies, Brandt also gives some valuable advice to beginner traders. He rejects the popular idea that one needs a large capital to start a trading career.

According to him, if one cannot trade successfully using small capital, the same will happen with large capital. Brandt advises beginner traders to start trading using a hypothetical account that is free.

This is an ideal place to start, as it allows them to learn from mistakes without the risk of losing money. He believes that the best traders are those who learn through trial and error, honing their skills independently.
