Can I change my phone number used to receive OTP?

Yes, you can.

To change your phone number, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Pintu app, then go to the Pintu Account page and click “Request Change” just below the currently registered phone number.
    Note: If you encounter issues during login, “Request Change” is available on the OTP verification page.
  2. A submission form will appear. Enter the new phone number along with the reason for the change.
  3. Take a selfie holding the ID used during account verification (make sure the ID is clearly visible and does not cover your face), and click “Continue.”
  4. Alternatively, click “Retake” if you want to take another selfie.
  5. Pintu’s customer service will then review the submission, and the process will continue via email with an estimated time of 1 calendar day.
