Identitas yang dibutuhkan untuk proses KYC di Pintu tergantung warga negara, yaitu:

  • Untuk WNI (Warga Negara Indonesia) harus E-KTP (tidak diperkenankan menggunakan passport, SIM, maupun kartu idetitas lainnya selain KTP)
  • Untuk WNA (Warga Negara Asing) harus Paspor disertai dengan KITAS / KITAP atau ID Card dari negara asal
