Why haven’t I received my referral commission?
Based on our new referral program terms & conditions, here are some of the possible reasons why you haven’t received referral commissions:
1. Invitees hasn’t used your referral code/username.
Please make sure that your friends have used your referral code/username.
2. Invitees may have used your username as a referral code, but haven’t made a buy/sell transaction on Pintu.
To earn referral commissions from invitees, they must make a buy/sell transaction first.
