If you do not receive an OTP code via SMS when verifying your mobile number or logging into the Pintu app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct.
2. Wait a few moments for the OTP code to be sent to the registered mobile number.
3. Tap Resend OTP if you still have not received the OTP code.
If after these steps you still have not received an OTP code, please choose another channel option (WhatsApp or Telegram) to send the code.
Notes:
Please also make sure that:
– Your SMS inbox is not full.
– Your mobile network is active and has a good/uninterrupted signal when sending the OTP code via SMS or contact our support team.
