Why do withdrawals take a long time even though Pintu stated it’s instant?
Transactions for withdrawing Rupiah balances to bank accounts from Pintu are instant, but sometimes there are problems from the bank or problems with our system which can cause your transaction to be delayed and take longer to be processed.
If your withdrawal transaction exceeds the processing time for disbursing your Rupiah balance at Pintu, please contact our Customer Support and provide:
- The email you registered at Pintu
- Rupiah balance disbursement transaction ID at Pintu
- Bank name and bank account number to which the disbursement will be made
